How will I get my code?
CURRENT MEMBERS will receive their unique code via DM in their inbox on the fan club page.
To access your DMs, click the speech bubble icon.

When will I get my code?
Codes have already been sent to members. Members just joining the fan club are sent their code within a few minutes of joining.
How many tickets can I purchase with my code?
Each code can be used to purchase up to 6 tickets per concert.
Can I use my old Sphere code?
No, you cannot use your old Sphere code to access this presale. You will need your new unique code to access the presale for the German shows.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Members can access the BSB ARMY presale beginning Thursday, December 11. You can join the waiting room 10 minutes before the presale begins (11:50AM CET).
Vibee travel packages will be available to fan club members using their code beginning at 10:00 AM CET on December 11.
What is the Artist Sign-Up Presale?
The Ticketmaster Artist Presale is a separate presale that requires advance registration.
To participate, you must sign up between 12:00 PM CET on December 5 and 12:00 PM CET on December 10.
The Artist Presale itself begins at 12:00 PM CET on December 12.

What about meet & greets?
Meet & greets for these German dates have not been announced. If and when they are announced, the information will be posted at backstreetboys.com, and on BSB’s official social media. You can sign up to receive email alerts about any German meet & greets here.
Can people who are not BSB ARMY members join the queue during the BSB ARMY presale?
Non members can join the queue. In order to access the seating map and purchase tickets, a unique presale code is REQUIRED. Therefore, only BSB ARMY members can purchase tickets during the BSB ARMY presale.
What is the BSB AIR MILLENNIUM LOUNGE?
The BSB AIR MILLENNIUM LOUNGE is a part of the BSB AIR MILLENNIUM LOUNGE VIP EXPERIENCE PACKAGE. This is not an actual lounge. It is a dedicated section near the Millennium “B” Stage (see venue map here).
