WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE CONCERT TICKETS?
Each package includes a concert ticket to each show on your route. If you already have tickets, you might want to check out what tickets can be available to you when purchased from this package and then you can decide which ones you want to use and/or keep. We’ll go over this stuff in the Welcome Packet/Questionnaire/Rider form which you will receive after booking. 🙂
HOW DOES THE PACKAGE WORK?
Meet in arrival city at check-in time with your bags.
Check-in with VIP rep, go to the bus, drop off your things and get the ground rules.
Attend the VIP M&G.
Enjoy the concert!
Go to After Party*
Get on the bus and ride overnight to the next city.
Arrive in next city at venue. Go to the hotel and shower, drop bags, rest etc. until lobby call.
Meet in lobby to go to the venue.
Arrive for VIP M&G and concert.
Go to After Party*
After all events, your “route” is over.
Return to your hotel.
Have a safe trip home!

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Yes. All guests must be 18+ with a valid passport to travel between countries.
WILL THERE BE DIFFERENT PACKAGES FOR DIFFERENT LEGS/COUNTRIES ON TOUR?
Most packages are planned for two shows in mind. There are a handful of shows that accommodate 3 shows in the package. Please make sure you read carefully, the cities and dates you are booking for.
WILL THERE BE A PAYMENT PLAN?
ShopPay will be available for US based payments. Unfortunately, there are no payment plan options for non-US payments at this time.
WHAT TYPES OF FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED? CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES?
All types of food will be provided and we will absolutely do our best to accommodate allergies. Shortly after booking, guests will be asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire to field any special requests or accommodations. Just like the Boys and the road crew, guests will fill out a “rider” so we can get to know what you want, what you like and make the bus a “home away from home”.
WILL THERE BE DIFFERENT PACKAGE TYPES FOR THIS?
All packages will offer the same amenities with different start and end points.
HOW ARE BUNKS ASSIGNED ON THE BUS?
Bunks are assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will will fill this out in the questionnaire provided to you.
WHAT TOILETRIES ARE ON THE BUS?
Just like a regular tour bus, you will need to pack your own toiletries.
DO WE NEED TO CHECK IN/OUT AT THE VENUES WHERE THE SHOWS WILL TAKE PLACE?
You will need to check-in at the venue for first city and check out after the 2nd show has finished. You will have transportation to take you back to your hotel and then the next day you make your own way home.
WILL THE BOYS BE IN THE FAN GREEN ROOM?
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE BAND WILL BE IN THE FAN GREEN ROOM, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT HAPPENS ON TOUR!
WHERE IS THE VIP AREA AT THE OFFICIAL AFTER PARTY? CAN I BE WITH A FRIEND WHO DOESN’T HAVE THIS PACKAGE?
VIP areas of the After Parties are always determined after a walk-through. But the area is always in a special place! If your friend does not have a VIP to the After Party, they will not be allowed in the designated areas.
WILL ANY FOOD BE PROVIDED? OR WILL THERE BE SPECIFIC BREAKS WHEN WE CAN GET FOOD?
The bus will be stocked with food and we will do our best to meet your requests. Stops will be determined by the driver.
WILL THERE BE A COORDINATOR ON THE BUS?
Yes! You will meet your “Tour Manager” upon check in. They will be your point of contact through the experience. This coordinator will act as your own “Tour Manager”. Don’t worry, they will walk you through all the intricacies of touring life.
IS THE BUS CO-ED?
Just like on tour, buses may be co-ed. We won’t deny a fan an experience based on their gender. But we expect all our guests to act accordingly.
WHERE WILL I SHOWER?
Nobody showers on a tour bus! You will have access to showers and regular beds at your hotel rooms!

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SHOWS YOU NEED TO DO?
All packages have a minimum of two (2) shows associated to it. Some even have 3!
IS THERE A COVID-19 POLICY?
Your proof of vaccination for travel in Europe is valid for 270 days after your last dose in the primary vaccination series. Getting a booster vaccination extends the validity of your proof of vaccination until a new end date is set. Upon arrival and before you get on the bus, a rapid antigen test will be administered. You must be Covid negative to get on the bus.
