The star will be next to the star of another popular boy band Boyz II Men.”
Emcee Leron Gubler, President & CEO of the Hollywood Chamber or Commerce and guest speaker Max Martin will help the Backstreet Boys unveil the 2,495th Star in the Category of Recording at 7072 Hollywood Boulevard near the Live Nation Building.
“Backstreet Boys fans who can’t make it to the star ceremony can watch their favorite band LIVE on www.walkoffame.com!” said Martinez.
Making history remains second nature for Backstreet Boys. The Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum pop-powerhouse has solidified itself as the biggest and best-selling boy band in history with sales exceeding 130 million albums worldwide. Meanwhile, they're also one of the only music artists to release seven consecutive albums in the top 10 of the Billboard Top 200. Two decades into their career, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter are as strong as ever, and they're not stopping!
They initially formed in 1993 and began turning heads with their self-titled first album in 1996. Driven by the single "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)," Backstreet Boys instantly became pop stars. Superstar status soon followed with the release of their 1997 effort Backstreet's Back and a RIAA diamond certification for their debut—placing them in an elite club with Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Billy Joel. Closing out the century with a bang, Millennium set the record for first-week sales in the United States at the time, moving 1.1 million units in merely seven days.

It's a shame when things like this happen. I almost went, but as I had to drive back to Belfast, I decided not to. I had a ticket waiting on the door.
Looking on facebook, it would appear the only M&G's that happened that night, were the staff of the club. Forgive me if I have that wrong, but I can't see pics of them with fans.

Wow I can't believe they would do something like that to the guys and to the fans. I hope legal action is taken and I hope they pay for this. That's definitely not fair to all the fans who thought they were getting something extra.
I think if you got the ticket via club, you have an access to be there only, but meeting the Boys is no guarantee. The tickets bought via fanclub (the site they posted in the news) has a photo (so kinda M&G) guaranteed.
Does anyone know about the after party at Level One in Accrington. When the club 1st advertised it they stated that for the £25 ticket there would be pictures for those in attendance and now after this weekend, they have amended it to remove this. My tickets state VIP access but the VIP Package on the website www.wantickets.com/bsbafterpartymanchester states it is $150. What exactly can we expect because they club is not mentioning the $150 package when buying the tickets?

The ad said the entrance to the night club is 10 euros, but on their fb page they advertised an upgraded version of VIP for 100 euros (for 10 people)? And another upgraded versionn of VIP was for 50 euros?
That's SCAM.
But there were tickets for 10 euros as promised in the ad, right?
Nope, we got an 'upgraded VIP' and this was 100 €. Only 10 people could buy this and it was only on their FB page for a very short while. "/
