I agree. The after party was a waste of time and money. I went and it was probably the most disorganized thing I've ever been to. If it didn't cost so much and say that there were meet and greets and photo ops than I probably wouldn't have cared.
wow sounds like the after party was a disappointment. I'm glad I didn't go. I got to meet them at soundcheck anyways :). I'm still up in the clouds too! AJ was an amazing tour guide. To get a picture with him (with NO barrier) was just a dream come true.

Just wanted to add my comment... for what it's worth, save your money. Don't go to the after party expecting much. I went to 2 and all you do is get stand there behind a roped off area and watch them talk to the club managers, etc. and drink. Last year you at least got to take a few photos and they would wave at you. This time the guys at BOSS club who were in charge were yelling at people and taking cameras away and throwing people out, even after a bunch of fans told them and showed them what the advertisement had said about photos, etc. So in my opinion, save your $40 and go to the soundcheck. That's worth the money :-)
I went to the afterparty as well. I had fun, but didn't appreciate the false advertising. I also went to the soundcheck. That was super fun. And I met the boys for the first time, but ended up getting snubbed by Nick. I said hi to Howie, and went on to say hi to Nick, but he noticed the girl behind me and went and gave her this big hug. So i was waiting, but then noticed that Brian was waiting so I said hi to him, and then we were told to turn around for the picture. After, we were told to leave so I went over to A.J. and quickly said hi to him and then had to go. Next time, I will just have to buy a gold or platinum vip cause I will definately go back to soundcheck!
It's not worth phoning to complain. I did and then did some 'research'. The owner of the club said that they took over management 2 days before but I found on a website that they have been managing the club for 5 years. The guy in charge of the after party is friends with the managers and the head guy in charge of the after party advertised it on Facebook for all of his friends to attend. It seemed like this after party was not even geared to us FANS but to friends of the club and promoters.
After party major dissapointment got Howies autograph and thats it!! Almost got Nicks but he got mad at people flashing pictures when it clearly said autograph and photo session. I was not taking pictures but had my camera in case I could get one with them. What a waste of time and money Boss nighclub should learn to advertise better and there staff had no idea what was suppose to happen with bsb. Learn to train your employees better. I am just going to start saving my money for VIP next time might be my only chance of ever meeting bsb.
I went to the afterparty and ya on the ticket it clearly said meet and greets. Picture and autographs with the boys but that wasn't the case. I still had fun but was a little upset that it was false advertising! I wouldn't of cared. Except that they had wrote it on the ticket. I did do souncheck so I still got to meet the boys and nick did sign the picture of him and I at the afterpaty but howie and aj never came over to the fans. The ppl that did get to go meet them where friends of mangement at boss or employees of boss. Anyways I still have calgary and edmonton now!

On the back of the VIP pass, there is a code printed, and it says "redeem this code at www.backstreetboys.com". Does anyone know what this code is for? I thought that it would give you a discount on the BSB store items, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
So sorry to hear that the after party was a bust and that you wasted your time and money.
