FYI for those that never got the VIP email I just found out via DM'ing with them -- I supposedly unsubscribed from the newsletter in 2009 (?! prolly cuz I had more than one email address on it).... turns out they email that list with the VIP info. NOT the email that you used even if you got a confirm of the sale. so FYI call 'em up on Jan 2nd to make sure you're on their mailing list, even if that means you have to deal with non-VIP-related emails...
